REPLACEMENTS

We provide a 2 month replacement policy. Should your doll or item be broken upon arrival or is damaged through our fault, within the first 2 months of her arrival, we will send a new part at no cost. After 2 months, costs associated with new parts and shipping will be your responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Should you cancel your order before shipment, we will provide a refund minus a 10% production fee on the total cost of your order. If you purchased your doll on layaway, this is 10% the total cost of your doll, not the total cost of the deposit you paid- ie if you paid a $300 deposit on a $1500 doll, the production fee would be $150. Should you receive your order and wish to return it, we will accept returns within 1 month of your initial delivery date as long as your order is still in its original condition we sent it in. We will provide a refund minus a 10% production fee and minus any shipping costs. After 1 month, we no longer accept returns.

Dolls, fashion orders, or otherwise must be returned in their initial condition - no additional painting, altering, or damage allowed.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Verifying Shipping Addresses

As we understand living situations can change and people can move during our 6-8 month long production times for girls, we always ask clients to double verify their shipping addresses after we finally have their girls in studio, before we ship them out..

International Shipping and Customs

For international clients, we mark our Mini, Originals, and Fullsets as $300 gifts each doll for customs as a benefit to those with high customs fees. We mark our Simply Beautifuls as $100 gifts each. Please understand that we do not mark lower than that because we have found that customs definitely treats a $300 package much differently than they treat a package marked $20.

If you truly wish us to mark the value of your doll as lower, you can let us know but you will forfeit your right to our 2 month replacement policy. Any costs associated with new parts and shipping will be your responsibility immediately upon shipment.

Lost dolls

In the event you let us know a doll's tracking has stopped, first we will quickly file an international search claim! And ask you to file search claims with your postal service as well because pressure from both sides seems to lead to the best outcomes (the post finding your doll and sending her along her way again). We are typically told that an outcome should come in 30 something business days. Meanwhile, upon submitting a search claim, we also immediately re-order your doll from our caster so that in the event your girl is really not found in those 30 days, your replacement doll is already in the process of being remade. 

Should your doll be found during that time -  that's great! If not, while unfortunately there is the unavoidable production wait again, we will provide you with a new doll free of cost. We just ask for proof that you have filed a search claim on your end - a claim form / claim number/ search number - just so that we can see you tried as well to find your girl and that you didn't just abandon her in hopes of getting a different doll/sculpt/or body.
